Ross – Partner
Ross has spent over a decade in global professional services. He has led AI enablement and transformation across mid-market global firm in Canada, and previously ran global change programs at a Big 4 firm across its 20 largest territories.
With experience in roles across UK, North America and internationally, Ross specialises and thrives in driving real adoption of change across businesses of all sizes, from SMEs up to large, complex organisations.
Ray – Partner
Ray runs the technical side of Forge. He's spent the last 6 years working in enterprise SaaS, solutions engineering and technical integrations. His work has spanned configuration, data migration and integration that connects new systems to ERP, HR and identity platforms already in place.
He has extensive experience with REST APIs, JSON, SQL and iPaaS tooling, and is Workato certified.
